How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund by visiting paddle.net and following the refund flow, or by contacting us at support@pilotdocsai.com.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Paddle billing portal linked in your Settings. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal; you keep full access until the end of your current paid period.
